Our Supervisor Training

This excellent practical supervisor training focusses on building the capability of a supervisors or other frontline team leader to assign work, communicate with impact and give feedback in challenging one on one and small team situations. To do this we train the supervisor using clear and repeatable processes that they can take back to the workplace. This program is ideal for the step up or new supervisor or for the experienced supervisor required to have tough feedback conversations. We know leading people is always challenging and assigning work and giving great feedback is a key part of this challenge.

This next level leadership training is built for supervisors and other leaders who are required to formally manage the performance of others. We step through setting great goals, measuring performance and then having high impact performance review conversations. This leadership training also includes how to effectively document the process and outcomes. Through this learning we are committed to ensuring that our learners have high impact and effective formal performance management conversations that contribute to business performance.
